Most guests
staying in cabins, chalets & condos will save time by checking in
to the Pigeon Forge office located at Brookstone Village, just off the
Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This will be more convenient because most
people enter the area through Pigeon Forge.

Weather Notice: Due
to the nature of the resort business we do not have refunds for weather
or any other circumstance beyond our control. We recommend tire chains
or 4 wheel drive vehicles in the winter months as you are coming to the
mountains. We also recommend arriving during daylight hours or at least
prior to 8pm when possible during the winter months. We do not
recommend arriving through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park using
Hwy. 441 during the winter. You can check road conditions at: 1-800-342-3258.
